Are you a childcare or educational provider looking for a space to hold team training events? Look no further!

WILD and WILD-West house all of our professional development trainings here, seating 60 comfortably in our meeting area.

This ____ sq ft space has an occupancy max of 99 people. We have an open floor plan for meeting space, where layout of tables/chairs can be up to you. We also have a common area with a fridge, table, coffee bar, etc., available to you for a small extra fee.

We offer a special discount of 10% off for any educational provider to host training events at our Development Center. See our Rental rates under our "Event Space/Rentals" section.

A one-hour minimum booking is required.

Package 1:

• $75/hr

• Includes the space and desired table/seating layout.

Package 2:

• $100/hr

• Includes the space, desired table/seating layout, and light drinks/snacks.

​

Package 3:

• $250 (half day-4 hour option)

• Includes the space and desired table/seating layout.

• +$25 for light drinks/snacks

​

Package 4:

• $500 (full day- 8 hour option)

• Includes the space and desired table/seating layout.

• +$25 for light drinks/snacks

All reservations require a signed agreement and a $50 upfront deposit (refundable upon conclusion of cleaning inspection).
